Tour Plan
  • Upon arrival at Bole International Airport, you will be greeted by our tour guides and transferred to your booked hotel. Most flights to Addis Ababa arrive in the morning, leaving the remaining hours of the day available for a city tour of Addis Ababa. Full- and half-day tours are available on our website. Learn more here

If you arrive at night, the next day will be reserved for a full-day city tour of Addis Ababa.
  • you'll be picked up from your hotel and take the early flight to Arbaminch. Upon arrival, you'll drop off your luggage at your booked, chic lodge and travel to the Forty Springs, where the town originally got its name from the forty natural springs and pumped all its water from them.
Lunch break with vegetarian and vegan options.
  • After lunch at one of the chic restaurants with breathtaking views, we drive the 35 km road and 17 km over hills to Mount Guge, home to a Dorze village. We'll experience Dorze culture in a unique way. We'll sample their most famous dishes, such as Bula and Kocho, a fermented and unleavened bread made from Enset (False Banana), wear the famous Dorze huts, and sample crimped cotton crafts. Ninety percent of the country's traditional fabrics come from the Dorze ethnic group. We'll dance and play Dorze cultural music.
  • Head back to Arba minch and stay the night.
  • After a leisurely breakfast, we board a four-wheel drive vehicle and drive to Lake Chamo, the crocodile market. Although not a marketplace, the crocodile market is home to crocodiles basking in the open air and birds sitting in their mouths, picking their teeth. We observe this just a few meters from the actual site, with the boat's engine turned off. Here, too, hippos are in the water. Then a roughly one-hour boat ride continues to across the lake to Nechsar National Park. After disembarking, with an armed scout, we hike for about two kilometers or an hour and a half to reach the habitat of zebras and other wild animals (in rare cases, hyenas, leopards, and lions can be spotted).
  • After the hike and the encounter with the wilderness, we return to the boat and after our car to return to the lodge and spend the night there.
  • We travel to Arba-Minch Airport according to our flight schedule and fly back to Addis Ababa.
Farewell Night:
  • After arriving in the city, we'll have lunch (if we arrive early), rest a bit, relax at the hotel, and enjoy an early dinner in one of the Ethiopia's best jazz or reggae (optional) lounges, or in one of the most beautiful dance and folklore houses, with a traditional coffee ceremony. This concludes the four-day trip.
