By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Offered

Yeneta Ethiopia Tours provides customized travel experiences, including:
Tailor-made city tours in and around Addis Ababa
Short-term excursions for business and diplomatic visitors
Historical and cultural tours across Ethiopia
Religious festival experiences
Wildlife safaris, trekking, and adventure tours
Location facilitation for documentary filmmakers and more...
All services are subject to availability and may be adjusted based on environmental, political, or operational factors.

2. Booking and Payment Policy

Payment is required after service completion for cash payments.
Prepayments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo.
A booking confirmation will be sent after payment is processed.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking.
Processing Time: Refunds take 10 to 14 business days.
Third-Party Services: Some prepaid services (e.g., hotels, airlines) may be non-refundable per their policies.
Service Modifications:
Client-initiated changes may result in price adjustments.
Company-initiated changes (due to emergencies like natural disasters or political instability) will offer comparable alternatives or refunds.
No-Shows: No refund will be provided unless the absence is justified; rescheduling is available at no extra cost.

4. Responsibilities and Safety

Yeneta Ethiopia Tours is committed to:
Providing first aid and basic emergency equipment (e.g., pulse oximeter, BP monitor).
Ensuring customer safety through vigilant practices.
Facilitating cultural understanding for a respectful travel experience.
Promoting environmental sustainability by minimizing waste.
Empowering women and supporting local communities by employing local staff.
Participants are responsible for complying with local laws, respecting cultural norms, and following the guidance of our tour leaders.

5. Changes and Modifications

Yeneta Ethiopia Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, and services based on:
Client requests (subject to availability and cost adjustments)
Safety concerns
Environmental, political, or operational conditions

6. Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards guides, fellow travelers, local communities, and cultural heritage sites. Any disruptive or harmful behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide safe and enjoyable experiences, Yeneta Ethiopia Tours is not liable for:
Personal injury, property damage, or loss during tours
Delays, changes, or cancellations due to weather, political events, or unforeseen circumstances
Third-party service failures (e.g., hotels, airlines)
Travel insurance covering personal, medical, and trip cancellation is strongly recommended.
